Hi, we're CampNexxus.
We're every camp and campers parent and caregivers dream.

The story
CampNexxus wasn’t born out of a business plan. It was born out of a parenting problem.
In the summer of 2023, I was navigating summer camps for the first time as a mom to two young kids. My days were filled with endless text threads, Facebook group rabbit holes, and tabs upon tabs of clunky camp websites. It felt like planning our summer was a part-time job—one I didn’t apply for.
Just when I thought I had everything figured out, I discovered—too late—a nature camp in the next town over that my son would have absolutely loved. But we had already booked everything. We had never even heard of it.
That moment stuck with me. I couldn’t stop thinking: why was this so hard? Why was there no central place to explore, compare, and plan camps like this? I vented. A lot. So much so that someone in my coworking space finally turned to me and said, “Why don’t you just build it?”
At first, I laughed. But the idea lingered. I started researching—quietly at first—and realized that nothing out there solved the problem I had just lived through. So I kept going. The idea turned into sketches. The sketches became prototypes. And now, it’s CampNexxus.
CampNexxus is a centralized, parent-friendly platform that connects camps, caregivers, and families—making it easier to discover, organize, and soon, book school break camps all in one place. It includes a built-in calendar to track your kids' schedules, messaging to contact camps directly, and will soon include registration and payments. Most importantly, it helps families uncover camps they might never have found otherwise.

Our Mission + Values
At CampNexxus, we believe planning camp should never be this hard. We're passionate about:
Reducing stress for parents by streamlining camp search, registration, forms, payments, calendars, and communication—all in one place.
Empowering camps with tools to improve visibility, showcase program details, simplify admin work, and connect directly with families.
Fostering joy by creating more time for what matters most—memorable, enriching experiences for kids.

Our journey
CampNexxus was founded in 2024 by Lindsey Whiteley and advisor Amy Brimicombe—two Massachusetts-based problem-solvers who experienced firsthand how chaotic and fragmented camp planning can be. From spreadsheets and repetitive forms to missed opportunities and scattered communication, they knew there had to be a better way. What started as a simple solution for busy parents has quickly evolved into a powerful platform that connects families with high-quality camps across seasons—summer, winter, school breaks, and beyond. With features like searchable listings, shared family calendars, universal forms, direct messaging, and streamlined payments, CampNexxus makes it easier than ever for families to discover and manage enriching camp experiences. For camps, the platform reduces administrative overhead, boosts visibility, and supports enrollment growth through customizable membership tiers. And we’re just getting started. CampNexxus is growing by the day—continually expanding its benefits for both caregivers and camps, and introducing new tools that make organizing, enrolling, and enjoying camp simpler and more joyful for everyone involved.
