What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time! You wont be charged your next billing cycle. When you cancel, your camp profile and listings will be taken off of the platform.
How will my camp be added to monthly newsletters?
If your camp ORGANICALLY and NATURALLY fits in a newsletter theme, then we will naturally add it to the newsletter.
Can you guarantee enrollment?
We cannot guarantee enrollment for your camp. We are just a medium for parents to find your specific camp based on exactly what they are looking for.
What does your instagram social media posts entail?
We will repost all of your instagram posts on the CampNexxus handle via the stories tool. If you want a story reposted, you must tag @CampNexxus.
Do we get a social media shoutout?
Yes! You get a "Camp Spotlight" post on our instagram handle where we tell all of our followers all about your camp along with images!
What will we get out of signing up with CampNexxus?
Visibility!
You can get very specific with the filters, so anyone who is looking for a camp with specific needs will find you!
And if you sign up with Tier 3 when it launches there will be much less administrative work having to be done from your side.
